Our grazing tables are made for relaxed, social occasions where guests can help themselves and enjoy beautiful food throughout the event.
Each table is prepared and styled by hand, with carefully selected ingredients arranged to create a generous and inviting spread.

At launch, our setups are designed around beautiful flat-lay styling using food-safe boards, trays and serving bowls. We focus on abundance, colour and thoughtful arrangement rather than elaborate props or unnecessary extras.
Delivery & Setup
By Loaf & Ladle is based in Aberdeenshire and provides event catering across Aberdeen and surrounding areas.
Delivery and setup are included within our local service area. For events further afield, a small travel supplement may apply depending on distance.
We'll have everything ready before your event begins, so you can concentrate on your guests rather than worrying about the food.
Booking Your Event
The more notice you can give us, the better. It gives us time to plan your menu, source ingredients and create a setup that feels right for your occasion.
Weekends and busy periods can book up quickly, so if you've got a date in mind, it's worth getting in touch early.
